This year marked the 30th anniversary of the famous Frankfurt Slide Convention. Chris Witt and his spouse Connie have been organizing this show from the start, and on behalf of all the regular attendees, we are all extremely appreciative of their efforts.
The show is held on the first weekend of November to coincide with the Schwanheim Aviation Fair, and I have been attending these shows for some fifteen years. For many of us in the aircraft slide collecting hobby, this is an annual tradition that we all look forward to, so we can meet with old friends and trade stories and slides.
